All Clear Locating Services is looking for experienced locators who already know the work
— tracing private and underground utilities, running electromagnetic detection equipment,
and documenting findings for the crews that dig next.
You'll work across residential and commercial job sites in the Twin Cities metro, locating the private lines that public 811 services skip — irrigation, invisible fencing, private electrical runs, septic systems, and more. Every locate is documented and mapped before the first shovel goes in.
We're hiring experienced locators. If you've already done this work and take pride in
getting it right, you'll fit right in.
We pay for proven skill. Your starting rate is determined by your experience in the field —
and it only goes up from there.
Final rate depends on experience. If you've been locating utilities for a while and can prove it, we'll make sure the pay reflects it.
Base pay begins at $30 per hour and increases based on your field experience and skill level.
